COMERIO HOMES OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS DESIGN PROCESS
Let the fun begin!
We make the design phase efficient and enjoyable through three focused meetings, each lasting approximately two hours. If additional time is needed, extra sessions can be scheduled. Our goal is to complete all selections within 45 days following your pre-construction meeting.
Your dedicated designer will document all selections and provide a detailed confirmation sheet for your review and signature. If you’re interested in a product outside our standard offerings, our team will explore sourcing alternatives whenever possible.

Design Meeting #1
This meeting focuses on your home’s curb appeal. You’ll select items such as garage doors, front entry hardware, exterior paint colors, windows, gutters, stone, roofing, and fireplaces (interior and exterior, if applicable).

Design Meeting #2
Next, you’ll design the interior spaces where daily life happens. Selections include appliances, cabinetry, countertops, sinks, doors, flooring, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, shower doors, closet hardware, coat hooks, mantels, and interior stone.

Design Meeting #3
Your final session is dedicated to lighting design, where you’ll select fixture styles, finishes, and placements to complete your home’s perfect ambiance.
