This step includes a full breakdown of your base price, included features, selected upgrades, and any lot-related pricing (if applicable). We’ll also cover financing and earnest money so you understand exactly what to expect before moving forward. 

You’ll be introduced to our preferred lenders and review mortgage options that align with your goals, whether you’re purchasing in a community or building on your own land. 

Transparency matters here. You’ll know what you’re investing in and why, before anything is finalized.

4. FINALIZE YOUR NEW HOME PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH A DEPOSIT

After final pricing is confirmed, your new home purchase agreement is completed. This contract outlines the key details of your home, including: 

  • Floor plan and homesite (or land build details) 
  • Included features and selected upgrades 
  • Pricing, timelines, and key terms 

Our team will review everything with you to ensure the agreement matches what you selected and expected. At this stage, your earnest money deposit is submitted, securing your build and officially moving your home into the construction pipeline.

5. PERSONALIZE YOUR HOME AT OUR DESIGN CENTER

Once the agreement is complete, the design phase begins. 

This is where you’ll select the finishes and materials that define your home’s style and character, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, and more. 

Our design process is structured and guided, so you’re never left guessing or overwhelmed. We help you create a cohesive look that fits your taste while keeping decisions organized and efficient.

6. WATCH YOUR DREAM BECOME A REALITY

Once design selections are finalized, construction begins. Throughout the build, you’ll receive clear updates and guidance through key milestones, from foundation and framing to interior finishes and final walkthrough preparation.

You’ll complete the remaining paperwork, finalize your loan, and receive the keys to your new home. Our team will be available to assist with final details, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth transition into your new space.
