What is the Realtor Partner Program?
The Realtor Partner Program is a referral and rewards program created specifically for real estate agents. By partnering with Comerio Homes of Northwest Arkansas, you can earn incentives for each successful sale, with additional rewards available as you continue selling more Comerio homes.
It’s designed to be a long-term partnership built on shared success and a great buyer experience.
How do I become a part of the Realtor Partner Program?
Joining is simple. You can sign up directly through our website or contact our sales team.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive program details, guidelines, and instructions so you can start earning rewards right away.
What types of rewards can realtors earn through the Partner Program?
Realtor Partners may earn a variety of rewards, including financial bonuses, exclusive incentives, and special event invitations that recognize your success. In addition, Realtor Partners may also receive a $1,000 Design Voucher for their clients, paid by Comerio Homes on your behalf.

Do you raise prices on the homes when a realtor is included?
No. Home pricing remains the same whether a realtor is involved or not. Our pricing is consistent and based on the home, the plan, and the included features, not on representation.
Can realtors get rewards when their clients build a Comerio Home on client’s own land (Build-On-Your-Land) (BOYL)?
Yes. Realtor Partners are eligible for the same rewards when clients build through our Build On Your Land (BOYL) program. Whether your buyer is building in a community or on their own property, we recognize your role in the process.
Do I still receive standard commission, as well as bonus rewards, for the sale of a Comerio Homes as a Realtor Partner?
Yes. Bonus rewards through the program are paid in addition to your standard commission when you represent the buyer in a Comerio Homes transaction.
How long does it take to get a commission when buying a new home?
For move-in ready homes, commission is paid at closing. For custom build jobs, commissions are typically paid upfront at the start of construction, usually within a few weeks after signing the new home sales contract.
When do I receive rewards for the program as a Realtor Partner?
Rewards are issued to eligible Realtor Partners within a rolling 12-month period, based on the following structure:
- Bonus paid at contract signing for new construction build jobs.
- Bonus paid at contract signing for spec home sales (without contingencies).
- Bonus paid at closing for spec home sales (with contingencies).
What happens after I sell 4 Comerio homes within a rolling 12-month period?
Once you sell your fourth Comerio home within any rolling 12-month period, you’ll receive an additional $3,000 bonus for each home sold thereafter during that same period.
How do I count my “sales” for the rolling 12-month period.
Each sale is counted when the corresponding payment is made, either at contract signing (for new construction or spec homes without contingencies) or at closing (for spec home sales with contingencies).
Tracking your transactions will help you monitor your progress and maximize your rewards throughout the year.
Does Comerio Homes use their own new home sales contract?
Yes. Comerio Homes uses a custom New Home Sales Contract for every purchase. If you or your buyer would like to review it, we can provide secure portal access upon request.
What is the first step to building or buying a home with Comerio Homes?
The best first step is to contact us for a quick introductory call. From there, we’ll schedule a meeting at our Design Center to review your client’s goals, timeline, and project details.
How does my buyer get financing for a new home or a build job?
Comerio Homes works with a trusted network of preferred lenders who specialize in new construction and construction-to-permanent financing. These lenders understand the timeline and structure of new home builds and may offer competitive programs not always available through traditional banks.
